Betsy’s Bake provides a successful client based wholesale service to local cafes and restaurants. We try to work closely with each establishment to cater for individual needs. We tailor the look of the product to not only suit your preferences but to keep the product unique.

All our products are home baked and made with the best ingredients. We don’t use any nasty additives so although this reduces shelf life, some products are especially suited to commercial use and stay nice and moist for up to 5 days, please ask for advice when ordering.

Betsy’s firmly believes if you can’t normally eat cake because you have an intolerance or dietary practice, then this shouldn’t stop the public being denied cake! We offer gluten free and vegan options and can also substitute plain flour for organic spelt flour. All our products are vegetarian. We can advise you about which products are nut free too. In accordance to regulations we provide each customer with an allergens list.

At Betsy’s Bake we encourage customers to try out different products until you find out which ones are most suited to you.

To maximise freshness we suggest displaying cakes under a dome and to be stored in an airtight container overnight. Most products are best stored at room temperature overnight apart from cakes that contain a cream cheese frosting. Please note due to all products being homemade, cakes may vary slightly.
